RETURNS EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY
Refunds, Exchanges and Returns Policy:
Everyone is entitled to change their mind! Immediately after placing your order(s), you have 24 hours to cancel for a full instant refund. After this, once your order has been processed and shipped, you won’t be able to cancel it, as we will not be able to stop the transition. Once you have received your order(s), if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery or collection of your purchase providing that you request a refund within 14 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) of receiving your item(s). Customers are responsible for the cost to return their item(s). Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order and a refund or exchange was not requested within the specified time, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange at this point.
UK and International Returns:
Once we have received your return item(s) which could take up to 10 working days, it will be inspected and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours. Your refund should show on your account within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) as soon as you have received “Your return has been processed” email. Note that some banks may take longer than 5 working days to process refund payment.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund and it has been 15 working days after you returned your item(s), first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially shown on your account.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items
• Book with obvious signs of use
• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not
due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged and this occurred as a result of our errors. If you need to exchange an order for the same item or similar item possibly in a different color or size etc, or for a completely different item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will advise you where to send your item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
