Our aim at Scarlet Bloom is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Each day, we deliver to hundreds of customers all over the world, making sure that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to our customers at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. This process takes 3-5 working days after your order is placed. However, some of our products come directly from our overseas partners and can take 3–7 working days to process.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for products to be shipped from our warehouse/partners to their final destination. Products being shipped locally from our warehouse throughout the UK will normally be delivered within 5-10 working days, but products shipped from our overseas partners to the UK will usually be delivered between 7 and 21 business days. International delivery outside the UK usually takes about 15–30 working days dependent on where the order is being delivered. Delivery can take longer from time to time due to the weather, high order volume, and busy periods such as Christmas, New Year or Valentines. Other unforeseen circumstances can also cause postal service delays.
To return your product, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org where you will be instructed on where to send your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
